Education changed my life and the lives of my family. I now have the great privilege of working in the New Zealand ITP sector. I use the knowledge and understanding that I personally have of the challenges faced by students in tertiary study to provide the best possible learner-centred environment. I lead with transformative leadership techniques to build confident, high-performing teams. I have international experience which is part of my teaching and leadership practice. I am an experienced and motivated learner, ready to explore and embrace new beginnings in new places.
